How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and ensure we have everything customized for your event. However, we understand that last-minute plans happen! If you need to book within two weeks of your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but a rush fee may apply. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability!
What do guests take home from the activities? Each guest will leave with a one-of-a-kind creation! Whether it’s a plush friend from Build a Bear, a masterpiece from Paint a Canvas, a custom tote bag, or a handmade bath bomb, every activity includes a fun take-home keepsake.
What areas do you serve? Party Planet is based in Houston, TX, and serves Houston and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this area, reach out to discuss possible accommodations—additional travel fees may apply.
Do you offer custom themes or special requests? Yes! We love bringing unique event ideas to life. Whether you want a specific theme, custom colors, or personalized party favors, let us know, and we’ll tailor the activity to fit your vision. Some customizations may require extra time and fees.
How much do Party Planet activities cost? Our party packages vary based on the activity, number of guests, and any custom add-ons. Prices start at $75 per hour for activities like slime making, Build a Bear, and canvas painting. Contact us for a custom quote!
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my party? We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date within one week of the original booking. Cancellations are non-refundable, but we’re happy to help you find another date that works.
How long do Party Planet activities last? Most activities last between 2 Hours +, depending on the package and group size. Some activities, like slime making or Build a Bear, may take longer if there are add-ons or customization options. Let us know your event schedule, and we’ll help plan accordingly!
Do you offer party add-ons like decorations or treats? Yes! In addition to our interactive activities, we offer custom props, balloons, personalized treat bags, table & chairs, concession stands, and MORE to elevate your event. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll create a package that fits your needs.
Do you provide staff to run the activities? Yes! Every booking includes a trained Party Planet attendant to guide guests through the activity, ensuring a fun and stress-free experience. For intimate events, we can also provide detailed instructions if you prefer a DIY setup.
